Official Trailer for Amazon’s Adaptation of “Lore” Released

As discussed in a previous post, Amazon’s adaptation of Lore, a podcast about modern folklore and creepypasta, will debut October 13th, 2017. Today (9/13/17), the official trailer was released:

The trailer is a fitting follow-up to the show’s teaser:

The trailer stikes me as a little silly while lacking some self-awareness–something that shied me away from the podcast as well. However, with the creative team of both The Walking Dead and The X-Files behind it, I’m sure the show will prove itself an impressive first foray into podcasts being adapted for TV.

What are your feelings on the trailer? Which episodes do you hope they include in the TV/Streaming adaptation? Please feel free to discuss in the comments below!
